Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the challenges, funded trading programs and related services offered by Stradger Prop Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing, signing up or participating in any Stradger Prop challenge or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“the Trader”, “you”, “your”) and Stradger Prop Ltd. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in an evaluation, use our trading platforms, or access related services.

By accessing or using Stradger Prop services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You understand that all services are for educational and evaluation purposes only, and that no actual financial trading is carried out.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your location.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any user who provides false information, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or violates any part of these Terms.

Stradger Prop provides simulated trading environments (“Challenges”) that assess your trading performance and risk management skills. After successfully completing these assessments, traders can gain access to simulated “Funded Accounts” with real profit payouts.

The trading accounts we provide do not involve trading on real financial markets. All trading activity is simulated and solely for performance evaluation purposes. Nothing in our services constitutes investment advice, portfolio management, or a solicitation of financial instruments.

Stradger Prop offers several trading models to suit different trading styles and experience levels:

All parameters (profit targets, drawdowns, leverage, fees, etc.) are detailed on our website and are subject to change.

To participate, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable challenge fee. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

• The fees are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
• Payment processors and partners (e.g., Rise, Paymid) may apply transaction or processing fees.
• The fees are strictly for access to the evaluation environment and do not represent deposits or investments.
• Stradger Prop reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at any time for non-compliance.

All traders are required to comply with the trading rules associated with their chosen model. Violations of these rules will result in immediate account termination. General rules include:

• Respect the maximum daily loss limits and the maximum total loss limits.
• Achieve the required profit target without exceeding the limits.
• Respect the minimum trading days for consistency assessment.
• Only trade supported instruments under the permitted leverage ratios.
• Avoid prohibited practices (see section 11).
• Maintain disciplined and consistent trading behavior.

Each evaluation stage specifies a profit target that must be met to progress or qualify for funding. Profit targets typically range from 5% to 10% of the initial balance, depending on the chosen model.

You must also complete a minimum number of trading days (usually 2-5 days per phase) to ensure sustainable performance. Failure to meet either condition will result in failure of the challenge.

Traders must maintain disciplined risk management throughout their evaluation:

You can trade around the news or hold positions over the weekend depending on your strategy. However:

• Trading during high-impact news events can lead to profit exclusion.
• Stradger Prop uses Forex Factory as its reference calendar.
• Positions opened or closed within 5 minutes before or after major news events may not count towards profit.
• Weekend positions are only permitted on models that explicitly state this feature.

Traders can trade: Forex, Commodities, Indices, Metals and Crypto.

Default leverage ratios are: Forex: up to 1:30 (valuation) / 1:50 (instant models), Commodities: up to 1:20, Indices: up to 1:10, Crypto: up to 1:2. Leverage settings may vary per challenge and may be adjusted without prior notice.

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

Violations will result in permanent termination and confiscation of fees or payments.

"Toxic trading" includes behaviors that artificially exploit the trading environment or violate market integrity. Examples:

Over-leveraging or risking the full daily limit in a single trade. High-frequency trading (HFT) or latency exploitation. Emotional or gambling-based trading decisions. Reverse trading across different firms.

Automated trading systems are permitted only if: The Expert Advisor (EA) is developed or used exclusively by the trader. It does not perform prohibited actions or exploit execution latency. It does not replicate trades across multiple accounts.

Third-party signal bots, account management services, or trade copiers are strictly prohibited.

Successful traders in funded accounts ("Master Accounts") can claim performance-based rewards according to the following structure:

Payment processing is handled by approved third-party partners. The Company reserves the right to adjust reward schedules or withhold payments in the event of rule violations or suspicious activity.

Traders who demonstrate long-term consistency may qualify for the Stradger Evolution Plan, which offers progressive capital increases, higher profit shares, and improved trading conditions.

Eligibility and criteria are detailed in the official Evolution Plan documentation available on our website.

All payments, or payments for specific parts or regions, are processed by Odeonpay ALE SRL ("Paysagi") with registration number CUI 43293516, located in Bucureşti Sectorul 3, Bulevardul UNIRII, Nr. 61, Bl. F3, Scara 4, Etaj 2, Ap. 208, Romania acting as Merchant of Record (MOR).

These payments are subject to Paysagi's Terms of Use, which can be found at https://paysagi.com/terms-of-use/. Customers will be presented with these terms during the payment process.

Accounts that are inactive for 30 consecutive days are subject to suspension.

The Company may terminate accounts for: Violation of trading rules, Misuse of platforms or services, Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation. Traders remain responsible for all fees due prior to termination.

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds can only be processed in cases of double payment, technical malfunction prior to account delivery, or legal compliance requirements.

All content, platforms and intellectual property belong to Stradger Prop Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or modify any part of our systems, dashboards or documentation without written consent.

Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or use automated means to extract data or functionality from the Stradger platforms for competitive purposes.

Account credentials are personal and must not be shared. Unauthorized access will result in termination.

Stradger Prop complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We may require identity verification before payments or account activation.

Failure to provide accurate documentation will result in suspension or termination.

Our services may connect to external providers for payments, analytics, or communication (e.g., Intercom, Rise). We are not responsible for third-party systems or any downtime caused by them.

The use of third-party software must comply with their terms and conditions and ours.

Disputes must first be submitted by contacting us here . We are committed to resolving all concerns in good faith.

If they are not resolved within 30 days, they will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong and will be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.

Stradger Prop provides services "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, cost-effectiveness, or system performance.

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is effective from October 24, 2025. Future revisions will include an updated effective date.
