Stradger Prop Ltd. is a Hong Kong-registered company operating educational and simulated trading services through proprietary assessment programs ('Challenges'). Our services are designed to allow traders to demonstrate their skills using simulated capital and do not involve real financial trading or investment management. All trading activities take place in simulated environments used solely for educational and performance assessment purposes. Stradger does not facilitate or execute trading in the real market.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as national identification numbers, tax records or financial portfolio information.

Data relating to payments or rewards is collected solely to process rewards based on performance derived from simulated results, and not on investment income.

You can request the permanent deletion of your Stradger account by contacting support. After confirmation, your profile, login credentials, and non-transactional data will be deleted. Certain records (e.g., payments, compliance logs) may be retained to meet legal or accounting requirements.

11. Data on Minors

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, please contact us for immediate removal.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website. The 'Last Updated' date will be displayed at the top of the page.
